We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Discs that have been thrown, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used discs
  • Sale or clearance item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos to help assess the issue. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take several business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
